General Instructions
Course Duration: The courses are divided into two parts (M.A./MSW Part-f or B.A. Spl. Hons. Part-ll; and M.A./MSW Part-ll or B.A. Spl. Hons. Part-Ill). Candidate is required to take admission first in M.A./MSW Part-I (or B.A. Spl. Hons. Part-ll). The candidates who qualify in M.A./MSW Part-I or B.A. Spl. Hons. Part-ll Examination will be eligible to take admission in M.A./MSW Part-ll or B.A. Spl. Hons. Part-Ill.
Change of address: Any change of address and telephone number during the period of study must instantly be brought to the notice of the Directorate in writing.
Library Facility: Students can avail a well-equipped Central Library Facility by applying in a separate form along with fees as detailed below:
Library Caution Deposit: Rs. 500/-
Library Fee [Entire academic session 2 Years]: Rs. 200/-
Cancellation: Admission is liable to be cancelled at any stage during the course of study on grounds of non-fulfillment of any eligibility criterion revealed through scrutiny, suppression of facts, falsification, misconduct, adoption of unfair means in examinations, indiscipline and violation of rules/regulation as will be considered by the Directorate. Cancellation fees Rs. 200/-
Change of Course/Subject/Study Centre: Change of course/subject/ Study Centre is not permissible after admission. Course fee is also non-refundable.
Change of Examination Centre: Change of Examination Centre is not generally permissible. However, application for change of Examination Centre in deserving cases may be considered by the Deputy Register (Exam.) on remittance of requisite fee of rupees two hundred only.
Refund of Money: Fees of any kind once deposited/paid will not be refunded at any cost.
